Join Vanessa Gengler for a low impact movement class that will work your whole body... but(t) with an extra focus on the backside! Who doesn’t want to build a strong and functional derrière to better support their pelvic floor, core, and whole body health? We'll be building strength, mobility and stability to benefit our whole body through both body weight and resistance exercises using simple props in fun and creative ways. In this class series, you'll be creating a stronger booty while improving your core strength and learning to move better while you're at it. Modifications are provided as much as possible and the class atmosphere is focused on listening to your body, and moving smarter and more effectively!
