Come strengthen your mind and body, increase your flexibility and have fun! In this class, different yoga postures are mixed with strengthening exercises (pushups, lunges, squats etc) to tone the whole body. This yoga influenced fitness class is best for folks who have some previous yoga experience, but is accessible for all different levels and body types. This is a fun, low pressure class where the only thing we take seriously is our commitment to self care and showing up on our mats each week.

Marisa Neyenhuis completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Green River School of Yoga in May of 2018 and has been teaching weekly since. She believes in listening to your body, finding your edge and using yoga as a tool for mental, physical and spiritual health.
