A class for all body types and personalities! Work your core muscle groups such as abdominals and obliques, quadriceps and the wonderful gluteus maximus, biceps and triceps in a fun and safe class using props such as small weights, yoga blocks and folding chairs. Includes cardio and sweat inducing movement accompanied by killer playlists. We end each workout with a yoga based stretch. No matter where you are on your journey, this class will leave you feeling stronger, more aware of your body and more energized. Every Body welcome! No experience needed! Wear comfortable layers, no sneakers necessary, bring a water bottle and a small towel.
