A whole body class that combines strength and mobility work, functional movement, resistance, and a core strengthening progression designed to connect you to better core function!
In this series, we explore simple props that add resistance in creative ways (resistance bands and loops, small dumbbells, yoga blocks, blankets and more) along with bodyweight exercises. We'll be building strength, stability, and mobility in our hips, backside, shoulders, and spine, and working to help our core strategy better support us for the long term!
Modifications are provided as much as possible in this low impact class, and the class atmosphere is focused on listening to your body, and moving smarter and more effectively! This is a fun, smart & playful class!
