Learn a whole body approach to retraining your core and pelvic floor muscles to be more functional, responsive, and supportive to your body. Each week, we'll explore movement flows that build strength, stability and function as well as body and breath awareness skills that you can bring off the mat and into your daily life to support pelvic floor and core wellness.
