This class is for everyone, even if you’ve never done yoga before.
Kristi is a native Vermonter with a compassionate heart, calming voice, and encouraging and uplifting spirit. She began practicing yoga at 48 years old and was astounded with the changes in her body, mind and spirit. She is not a “super flexible yoga person,” understands the crankiness that comes with aging, and utilizes props to make yoga possible for everyone. After 25 years of providing physical therapy, she pursued her 200 and advanced 300 yoga teacher training with Daniel Orlansky at Yoga of Energy Flow in the Boston area. Her diverse training included Alignment/Iyengar, Kundalini, Meridian, Yin, Restorative, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, Kali Ray Triyoga, Vinyasa and Qigong. She warmly welcomes you to join her in sharing this beautiful, ancient practice to find peace, tranquility, and strength to weather all the changes that life brings.
