Baby and Me Yoga! For you (mom, dad, or any infant caregiver) and your little one. Stretch, breathe, relax and move with your baby. Class includes introductions and a safe space to share and connect with other parents and babies. We will explore gentle movement and massage with baby, parent/caregiver self care, baby and me yoga postures, and ways to revisit our asana poses with babies safely in arms or nearby. This class also offers time for body awareness in the fourth trimester with topics like diastasis recti (abdominal separation), pelvic floor rehab and conditioning, and the benefits of parent/baby bond through touch and movement. For babies 8 weeks old to 1 year old (or walking) and their caregivers. Yoga is 10:15-11:00 a.m., $5-10 suggested donation.
Mother's Milk Cafe: A circle of support for breastfeeding mothers. Join us after yoga for tea and snacks in a relaxed and caring environment. Facilitated by Heidi Eames, IBCLC from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Free! Bring your own snacks or some to share.
