Join Marisa Neyenhuis for a 6 week series of Prenatal Yoga classes. We’ll focus on breath work, meditation, strengthening exercises, deep relaxation and self-care, both before and after birth. This gentle class will help you connect to your body and your baby as well as give you tools to draw on during labor and delivery. Come take some time just for yourself to slow down, relax and reconnect.
