Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy is a magical and amazing metamorphosis, a journey into transformation and a time to listen intently to our changing bodies.  Prenatal Yoga invites us to be the ever present witness to the miracle of our babies growing inside of us.  Join other pregnant mamas through inquiry, experience, and fluid movement on the mat.  Each wombman will have the freedom to share her pregnancy journey every week in a safe and sacred space. Classes include breath work, meditation, relaxation, gentle stretching, fluid movement, and poses to strengthen the areas of the body we will need most for pregnancy, our birthing experience, and our new mama bodies.

Emily is a hatha and prenatal yoga teacher. She has completed a 500-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training through Laughing River Yoga in Burlington, VT and a Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training through Pranakriya Yoga. Emily approaches yoga as a path of self-inquiry, and works to create a space where positive change is possible for all students, regardless of their level of yoga experience.
