All-Levels Kripalu-Inspired Yoga w/Lindsey

Focus on alignment, breath, and body awareness as we move through poses and postures with grace and intention. Find compassion and love for your body and your practice as we explore ways to utilize your pranayama (life force through the breath) and your ability to be present both on and off the mat. 

Practice centering, slow flow, core building, and body strengthening as well as meditation and relaxation. All body shapes, sizes, and all levels are welcome and encouraged to join on our mats, always discovering where yoga can take us next.
